Three nights is the shortest way to see the whole stretch between Aswan and Luxor. You board in Aswan, sail north with the current, and see every major temple on the way: Philae, Kom Ombo, Edfu, the Valley of the Kings and Karnak. Nothing is missed; the days are just fuller.

Boarding day is Aswan. Luxor is one full day at the end.
We meet you at Aswan airport and drive you to the ship. Landing before 10 am gives you the whole afternoon. After a welcome drink and lunch on board, we cross to Philae Temple on its island, built for Isis and moved stone by stone when the dam was raised. Then the Unfinished Obelisk, still lying in the granite quarry where it cracked, and a felucca around Elephantine Island as the light goes. Dinner and overnight moored at Aswan.

Breakfast while the ship sails north. Kom Ombo stands right on the bank, a double temple shared between Sobek the crocodile god and Horus. Back on board for lunch as we sail on to Edfu, a short ride from the mooring takes you up to the temple of Horus, the best preserved in Egypt. Dinner and overnight at Edfu.
The ship reaches Luxor overnight. Breakfast, then the West Bank: the Valley of the Kings with three tombs, the terraces of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Back on board for lunch, then the East Bank in the afternoon, Karnak first and Luxor Temple as the light goes. Dinner and overnight at Luxor.
